Faith @ Home

‘It was on the day of Pentecost that the disciples realize that Jesus was speaking to them. The wind whirled, the flames fell, and love was spoken.

We honour Pentecost because it was the moment that the followers of Christ gathered together and in the blessing of diversity, realized that they together as one body of Christ, they could celebrate God‘s presence and share the good news of Jesus Christ with the world around them.

We celebrate Pentecost because the Holy Spirit continues to work in us and through us to love as the church loves.’
