Worship Services at Central

Spirited Traditional Gathering

Sundays at 10:30 a.m.

Join us Sunday mornings for our more traditional service. Join in hymns and contemporary choruses. Hear our wonderful choirs. Experience the power of the ‘good news’ through drama and the performing arts and receive a positive message of faith and hope to give you a ‘lift’ and never a ‘load.’

Celebrate Life Recovery Gathering

Sundays at 6:00 p.m.

Every Sunday night at Central, a diverse group gathers in the sanctuary for worship with a difference! People in suits share a pew with bikers—the pastor wears shorts and sits on a stool—the worship band’s name is “The Cracked Pots” and features pianist Guy Plecash (who is likely to break into a wild rendition of a hymn you thought you knew). And everyone feels comfortable getting a cup of coffee during the service!

Sometimes called “a meeting with music”, the evening service is a SAFE place for people from all walks of life to come and hear the good news that Jesus loves them presented in a relaxed, non-threatening way.

Everyone is welcome—come on down and hear the good news in a fresh, new way!

Children aged two to six meet in the pre-school room. Children aged seven to eighteen meet in the gym.

Wheelchair access using an elevator is available. Use the street level access from First Street SW.

Receivers for the hearing impaired are available from an usher.

The chapel may be used as a crying room.

If you wish to receive prayer for a personal concern, please visit the chapel after the morning service.
